When the ground beef is completely cooked through start adding in your Rotel tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and preferred spices.
Depending on your tastebuds you can add a couple of teaspoons of sugar, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Once you have added in everything stir the mixture in the skillet until everything is nicely mixed. Lower the temperature on your ground beef and began preparing the cream cheese mixture.
