Boaz Carignan:
A wine that is made organically from Carignan grapes with adding a touch of Sulphur after the fermentation takes place. Grapes are not de stemmed to make the wine more aromatic. Boaz Carignan is a red wine that is purely organic and is unfiltered means no use of any acidity corrector or tannin.
